In an article published this month, Jennifer Fanz featured in the cover story; The Next Generation of Equipment Finance. As part of ELFA’s goal to reach a broader group of industry professionals, the Emerging Talent and Advisory Council (ETAC) was formed about two years ago. As an active member of that council Fanz, along with 15 other leaders, has acted as a strategic liaison to the ELFA Board of Directors.
ETAC has a charter to help the ELFA focus on emerging talent and to offer networking, educational opportunities for the industry’s rising stars. In addition to DLL’s Network of Women was mentioned as an excellent example of a forum for women to join for career development.
