From ‘click’ to ‘complete’: teccle group chooses DLL to Power Digital Buying Experience

Buyers today expect quick, online self-serve experiences. When it comes to products with payment options, these are powered by Application Programming Interfaces (API). APIs typically connect a vendor’s website to a payment provider. Once the customer selects a payment option, the purchase (and applicable credit approvals) is put in place.

For teccle group, one of Germany’s largest IT solution providers serving more than 7,000 customers, an efficient API was essential. They needed an interface that would allow them to offer customers an online buying experience that included the ability to select several flexible payment options.

Working with DLL: Creating a Connected Experience

The teccle group approached DLL in 2018 to create an API for their software and services.

“We started by listening. The teccle group’s teams showed us where momentum dropped—manual handoffs, duplicate entries, slow approvals,” explains Matej Simic, DLL Account Manager. “We responded by designing an API that included built-in credit checks and payment options at the checkout.”

Together, we implemented a modern API integration, embedded directly into teccle’s workflow. It automates the path from quote to order and reduces manual error. The experience now matches how B2B buyers want to transact: fast, digital, and self serve.

What’s Next

Given the successes of the first integration, the teccle group asked DLL to develop an e-signature application. The e-signature means the teccle group can offer an end-to-end digital financing experience where documents are signed and completed.
