DLL wins Digital Innovation award

Eindhoven, The Netherlands, December 4, 2017 – DLL, a global vendor finance company, received the Digital Innovation award from Leasing Life, one of the top leasing industry journals in Europe, during the Leasing Life Conference at the Krasnapolsky Hotel in Amsterdam.

For its 13th edition, the Leasing Life Conference and Awards 2017 moved to Amsterdam to bring together asset finance professionals and industry experts for an active discussion on the key issues facing the leasing industry.

After an intense selection procedure by a highly qualified jury of experts with longstanding experience in both the European asset finance industry and technology sector, DLL was appointed Digital Innovation award winner.

Digital Innovation award
The Digital Innovation award is meant to recognize a policy, product or leasing related site or application that pushes the envelope on how commercial lessors relate to their customers. Technological expertise that delivers transformative improvements and an exceptional user experience were some of the primary criteria considered by a jury comprised of industry peers.

The jury commented: “DLL has a number of offerings within their digital portfolio where they have used technology to enhance their business model and improve the overall experience of their customers. Their innovative mobile apps, use of API Gateways to better integrate with their vendor partners and their deployment of customized web portals targeted to specific market segments, makes them a clear leader in the market”.

Digital strategy
DLL is committed to taking advantage of the latest digital technologies with customized financial solu-tions and services to speed up and simplify processes and deliver a first class customer experience. Throughout 2017, DLL introduced, amongst other solutions, mobile apps allowing for quick and reliable communication between customers and account managers, and API’s (Application Programming Inter-face) supporting seamless integration of leasing solutions into the processes and systems of DLL’s vendor partners.

Additionally, in the Netherlands, DLL launched both DLL Dealer Lease (www.dlldealerlease.nl), a cus-tomized web portal targeting smaller and independent equipment dealers with an easy-to-use and intui-tive interface supporting their leasing and financing transactions, and LEASIT, an e-commerce solution for business owners who want to lease an asset in an easy, simple and fast way.
