Coronavirus Updates

At DLL, we take the responsibility for the safety and well-being of our employees, partners and customers very seriously and are continuously monitoring and evaluating the situation around the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

We are all seeing and feeling the unfortunate effects of this situation, and the impact it is having on society. Our hearts go out to the people who have been affected and we appreciate the health care workers, local communities, and governments around the world who are on the front line working to contain this pandemic.

While we all have to manage through this period of uncertainty, we stand by our partnership promise to work closely with our partners and customers until conditions improve.

To protect the health and safety of our employees and customers, we have travel, visitor and gathering restrictions in place. Dating back to March 2020, virtually every member of our global team has worked remotely from home. Despite these conditions, we have been able to function at full capacity to help meet the financing needs of our partners and customers. Our ongoing investments in digital tools and services have enabled us to keep providing financing solutions and wider support. We are committed to working together with our partners and customers to determine the best path forward during these challenging times.

DLL continues to work closely with our partners and customers to provide financing and make critical equipment available in the fight against COVID-19. (e.g. hospital beds, ventilators, industrial cleaning and disinfecting machines, etc.) We have also started up a Coronavirus Charitable Giving Program, so that our entire workforce can contribute to a wide variety of charitable organizations in the countries and communities where we operate and play a role in helping families, health care workers and other first responders impacted by the pandemic.

DLL has a Coronavirus Crisis Management Team in place with a global representation from our Executive Board, Human Resources, IT, Facilities, Communications and Risk (Business Continuity Management) departments. This team continues to monitor the situation and developments across our global network and provide additional updates as necessary.

We truly appreciate your patience and flexibility as we work with this “new normal” and address this public health crisis. Together, we can overcome these challenges and support our shared ambitions.
