Marc Dierckx

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Member of
the Executive Board

Marc Dierckx was appointed Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Executive Board of DLL in January 2017. He is responsible for the global vendor finance company’s financial and performance management functions.

Dierckx joined DLL in 2004 and has held several leadership positions across the organization. As President of the Office Technology Global Business Unit, he led the vendor finance business to continued growth and positive financial results despite the challenging economic climate in 2008–2009. He most recently served as Deputy CFO and was responsible for spearheading the company’s sale of Athlon International B.V. to Daimler (Mercedes-Benz) Financial Services in 2016.

Dierckx plays an instrumental role in talent development within DLL as a founder and mentor of True Business (DLL’s in-house MBA program in cooperation with Tias Nimbas Institute in Tilburg, the Netherlands) and as founder of the Finance as a Business Partner program. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree at the EHSAL Management School in Brussels, Belgium in 1992 and furthered his education at Vlerick Management School in Gent, Belgium in 1999.
