De Lage Landen Finans Norge Nuf (DLL) changes name and organization number. At DLL, we always strive to support you as a customer in the best possible way and have therefore decided to streamline and simplify our organization.

As a result of this, DLL has chosen to change its banking license structure, which means that from August 1, 2025, we will transfer all rights and obligations under our agreement with you as a Customer to the newly established De Lage Landen International B.V. NUF (org.no. 934 855 213), which is owned by the Dutch bank De Lage Landen International B.V. 

The transfer is carried out in accordance with permission from the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority and will not entail any practical changes for you as a customer. The terms of the agreement, contact information, address, and account number will remain the same.
