Eindhoven, September 5, 2017 – DLL, a global provider of asset-based financial solutions, announced today the appointment of Mary Dickerson as Executive Vice President, Human Resources.
As the leader of DLL’s global Group Human Resources organization, Dickerson will work closely with the Executive Board and senior leadership to create and implement the company’s global HR strategy. This includes attracting top talent and continuing to build a diverse culture, globally connected workforce and best-in-class learning and development program at DLL.

Dickerson has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. She joins DLL from XL Catlin, where she served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of leadership roles at Accolade, The Hartford, AIG, Allied Irish Banks, Fitzpatrick's Hotel Group and Wawa. She earned her bachelor’s degree in economics from University College Cork in Ireland, an MBA from St. Joseph’s University and a JD from Widener University.
