How do I participate in a survey or research?

If you are a member of the Digital User Panel, you will receive an invitation to participate by email. In this e-mail there is a link to the questions of the survey.

Do I need to fill in my answers immediately?

No, you can fill in your answers at a time that is best for you. It is also possible to stop and finish later. Each survey have an external date of completion, so please make sure you have completed the questionnaire in full before this date. The duration can vary from one day to several weeks. This depends on the investigation.

How long does each survey take?

This depends on the number of questions. We always try to keep the investigations as short as possible. We aim to make each survey up to 5 minutes.

How often do I receive a questionnaire?

If you are a member of the Digital User Panel, you will receive an invitation to participate in a survey up to 4 times a year, which will be sent to you by e-mail. How often we invite you depends on your profile, among other things. We only invite you for a survey that is tailored to your personal situation.

Am I obliged to participate in all surveys and surveys?

No, participation is not mandatory. If you don't have time to participate in a survey, you can ignore the invitation. You will remain a member of the Digital User Panel.

What kind of investigations can I expect?

The surveys cover various topics related to our digital solutions, often regarding functionalities in the app, your opinion on new designs, determining priorities, and what is important to you as a user.

What happens to the research results?

We use the results to improve our service. We regularly link insights from the studies back to survey participants. We will send this to the email address with which you use to participate in the Digital User Panel.

What about my privacy?

We respect your privacy. Your data (such as your email address) is only used to invite you to an investigation. We do not pass on your data to third parties or use it for sales purposes. The answers you provide during the survey can only be accessed by DLL's Digital department and directly related stakeholders. The data is kept for as long as is deemed necessary.

I want to unsubscribe from the Digital User Panel, what should I do?

You can easily unsubscribe by sending an email to digitaluserpanel@dllgroup.com. After you have unsubscribed, we will no longer approach you for future surveys.
