Wayne, PA, April 3, 2017 – DLL, a global provider of asset-based financial solutions, has been named one of the 2017 Top Workplaces in the Delaware Valley by Philly.com for the second year in a row. Based solely on the results of surveys completed by employees, DLL has again been recognized as one of the top 25 large businesses in the Philadelphia area.

The survey, conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, asks employees to respond to statements relating to seven categories: Alignment, Effectiveness, Connection, My Manager, Employee Engagement, Leader and The Basics.
Seventy-two percent of DLL members in Wayne responded to the survey, noting the company’s community involvement initiatives, strong benefits package, paid time off, on-site cafeteria and fitness center as motivating factors for their high scores.
