Our Commitment
We aim to resolve all complaints in a fair, prompt and consistent manner. We also aim to resolve all complaints internally. 

DLL Canada thanks you for your input and appreciates your contacting us. DLL will keep you updated on our progress regarding your complaint. If your complaint requires detailed analysis, we ask that you allow 60 days for us to conduct our investigation and advise you on our assessment.
