Eindhoven, Netherlands – March 28, 2025 – DLL, a global asset finance company for equipment and technology, is proud to announce that our Chief Human Resources Officer, Iman Eddini, has been awarded the 2025 ‘HR Top 100 Vakjuryprijs’. This prestigious Dutch award is presented annually to the HR leader who, according to the expert jury, truly makes a difference within their organization and inspires peers with a forward-thinking vision on HR.

The 2025 ‘HR Top 100 Vakjuryprijs’ was judged by last year's winner, Esmé Valk from the Royal Schiphol Group, along with a panel of distinguished executives and CEOs. The jury evaluated candidates based on three key criteria: context, impact, and vision.

The jury was impressed by Iman’s ability to switch between corporate strategy and the everyday practice of HR. She has a strong vision on HR and specifically on culture, which helped the organization achieve a big transformation in a short timeframe. In safeguarding that culture, she also takes responsibility for the wellbeing of employees, who are called “members” within DLL, a term that the jury loved and considered inclusive.

Iman Eddini: “I am deeply honored to receive the HR Top 100 award. This recognition is a testament to the collective efforts of the entire DLL team and its unwavering commitment to fostering a purposeful and inclusive workplace. A big thank you to everyone who, day in and day out, contributes to shaping an environment where everyone feels welcome, respected, valued and empowered to unleash their potential. I am proud to be part of a learning organization that values its people for who they are and strives to make a positive impact on both people and society.”

On behalf of the entire Executive Board, Lara Yocarini, CEO of DLL, congratulated Iman on this wonderful recognition: “Iman is the first-ever CHRO to sit on the DLL Executive Board and has made a profound impact on the DLL HR community and the entire organization. Her vision of creating a purposeful and inclusive workplace that addresses business, employee, and societal needs aligns perfectly with DLL’s mission of partnering for a better world. This vision will help us further grow into a customer-centric and high-performing organization. In addition to her visionary and inclusive leadership, Iman redesigned the HR operating model, creating new strategic capabilities such as culture and change, and people analytics. This is a testament to strategic leadership and the power of investing in people, which is fundamental to our future success.”
