Express Finance by DLL deliversa re-imagined sales experience

DLL, a global provider of asset based financial solutions, today announces the launch of Express Finance, a unique mobile application for financing that simplifies the sales process - from prospect to quote through contract execution.

"We are excited about the increased speed and flexibility that this application will afford our customers and sales personnel,” said Bill Stephenson, CEO. “In conjunction with our partners, we focused on how we could significantly reduce their sales cycles  by evaluating the point of sale interaction between their sales teams and customers. The result was the Express application tool that will increase speed, reliability, and result in more closed transactions." 

The initial roll-out is taking place in the U.S. within the company’s small ticket business in the office technology and healthcare global business units. Associated Imaging, an independent Sharp dealer, recently became the first DLL Office Technology customer to execute a transaction end-to-end with electronic signature on a mobile device.

“Our customers want to utilize the latest technology in doing  business with us, and for that reason, the DLL mobile application gives us a competitive advantage,” says Eric Lundquist, Vice President at Associated Imaging. “What I like best is the App’s real time access to trade-up quotes. The App gives me more opportunities to visit my customers and determine if we can upgrade that customer to new equipment.”

Plans include extending the mobile application to other segments and across additional countries within DLL’s global footprint.

This new mobile application affirms three of DLL’s ambitions in the market. One, to deliver value at the point of sale for its partners. Two, to improve the quality of the company’s processes on a continuous basis. Three, to enhance customers’ convenience of doing business with DLL through stronger E-Commerce  capabilities. Fulfillment of these ambitions will create positive customer experiences and DLL believes that is what counts in today’s business environment.
